Property law is the area of law that governs the various forms of ownership and tenancy in real property (land as distinct from personal or moveable possessions) and in personal property, within the common law legal system.
Condominium law applies to the form of housing tenure and other real property where a specified part of a piece of real estate (usually of an apartment house) is individually owned.
